Download photos, videos, etc. to your Mac® or Windows® computer using the Verizon Cloud desktop app to keep a local copy so you can access your media while offline.

Steps

  1. Open the Verizon Cloud desktop app using one of the following methods:
    • Select the
      Cloud icon
       in the system tray (lower-right, Windows) or menu bar (upper-right, Mac).
    • Search for
      Verizon Cloud
       in your apps list.
  2. Select the
    Home icon
     to access your library then click the desired file to open its detail view.
    Refer to View Media in Library for more info.
  3. Select the
    Download arrow
     below the detail view.
    Files are stored in your computer's Downloads folder.
    Currently it isn't possible to download multiple files at a time using the desktop app. To download via the Cloud website, refer to Download Media for Windows or Mac.
