Terrible solution

Worst solution for a wifi mesh setup with MoCa backhaul. Wifi 6 doesn't even work so I had to turn it off in order to improve my network performance. VZ went with the lowest bidder with the worst components. Difficult to setup static IPv4 because it is by device name and not MAC.

I switched to Verizon home internet a few years ago and have been extremely happy with the speed and ease of use. I recently moved to a larger home and needed more coverage. The website helped me determine this was the right product to extend my wifi range. The instructions that came with it looked easy enough, but #3 is confusing (what happens if it's a solid yellow light?). When clicking the QR code for more help I received a message that this product wasn't associated to my account. Two calls to customer service that lasted 45 minutes each, with the second having me connect my router and the extender via the cable that was included. #notcorrect Coverage wasn't any better. Tried the signal strength tools. After digging through the website I finally found the 73 page user manual which gave me WAY more instruction on how to set-up and access. Please don't make this so hard. Verizon, send the full manual with the product or link straight to it. I don't waste my time with sales pitches when I'm trying to get my home internet to work. #wastemytime

Stronger signal throughout the house. I directly wired the extender to the Router. Not a weak signal anywhere in the house

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Great product! However the setup wasn’t as easy at the one card instruction sheet. Mine would flash yellow and white but that wasn’t explained. Plus there was a slow and fast flash…which I thought meant something entirely different. It also in the beginning would power itself off and then restart on its own…def made me want to pull some hair out. Best thing I did was google what the different colors and flashes meant, watch some of their videos…and voila it’s up and running and works really good. Just a bit frustrating on the setup side. Good luck!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

A little tricky to get going, despite following instructions. We had to move it several times to just get it right. But so far, it is working well in our basement where we were having lagging issues.

Hard to set up with mesh. Was told I didn't need the extender... That this was the extender. Typical double talk. Probably the tech sold the extender he was supposed to leave with me. Hard to set up with mesh. Stopped working/ works intermittently. Not supported on the tech website. Verizon login is garbage and has been frustrating for years enough to make me want to cancel. I've worked in tech for my whole career

I have a cr1000a router and 2 e3200extenders installed and are working. I need another extender. when I plug a new e3200extender in with coax, a yellow light appears. can I use a cat8 cable to connect a new extender an existing extender instead of coax?

I have tried connecting using the ethernet cable. I get a solid blue light each time and does not turn white. I have also tried via the App or WPS and each time the status indicator turns solid yellow. What can i do get this connected
